- Order and transaction details: billing/delivery address, order specifications, and payment-related confirmation details (Ahlada does not store full payment card or bank account numbers; these are processed by our payment gateway/banking partners, where applicable).
- Account information, if the Website offers account registration (e.g. for dealers or B2B clients): login credentials and profile details.
- Any other information you choose to share with us, for example through forms, customer support, feedback, or careers applications.
(b) Information collected automatically
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referring URL, and time spent on the Website, collected via cookies and similar technologies.
- Approximate location derived from IP address, where used to tailor content (e.g. nearest showroom/dealer).
