Walk-on Ceilings
The ‘walk on’ load bearing roof system, not only provides the area with an environmentally controlled airflow, with the control
of pressure, temperature, humidity and filtration systems
being placed at high level, but also allows for access of
maintenance personnel whilst not encroaching within clean
room envelope.
Ceiling system is designed not only to achieve its load bearing
function but to add clean single joints to create a sleek clean
flush surface.
Innovative plank system allows the overall load of the ceiling to
be spread by interconnection of joints on the panel edges,
whilst being supported at the intermediate points by lattice
beams over head, with a load of 150kgs which includes 2
persons with toolkits.
Design engineers will calculate all loadings required to
incorporate flush light fittings, HEPA filters, diffusers etc. Load
bearing ceiling system is fully de-mountable and compatible
with our wall systems and will meet all requirements where
hygiene and cleanliness are a requirement.
